A
completely new approach to the machinable geometry and the resulting
operations has been developed for VISI 16. The old “operation manager”
has been replaced by a more functional “CAM Navigator” double tree. The
first tree has the main objective of organizing the machinable geometry
offering functionality such as: drag & drop, sorting, filtering,
duplications, deletion, element property changes, and many others.
While the secondary tree contains unique operation information such as:
current machine, current tool-crib, CAM setup status, CAM setup origin
translation / rotation, merge of operations, sorting, deletion, drag
& drop, and many others.
